I don’t want to bore your with the fact that I grew up in a small town or that I have a rescue pup who I’m obsessed with or even the fact that I’m a recovering jazz dancer… I want to get to the meat of things.

The truth is, I love helping people get in touch with themselves. That can look different on everyone: I can help you get in touch with your body, or your breath, but I want to help you get in touch with that which lives beneath it all.

Why are you wanting to practice yoga? What purpose will it serve in your life? How do we find time for ourselves and our practice in this chaotic life we decided to be born into…? These are the kinds of questions I value and would like to help you answer for yourself. I offer the time and space to quiet down enough to hear your individual answer.

MY Journey

I studied yoga in Bali, Indonesia where I earned a 200hr RYT certification in September of ‘23. After three months, I came home and decided to address the years of pelvic floor dysfunction that only seemed to be getting worse with each new remedy I tried.

When I was introduced to ‘yoga for the female body’, it radically changed everything I thought I knew about yoga as a physical practice. I began to see what healthy movement truly looked like on a female body.

I began teaching my classes with female PHYSIOLOGY -the way all of our systems work together- and ANATOMY -how our body is pieced together- at the forefront of my sequencing and cueing.

Immediately experiencing a tangible transformation in my body and the bodies of my students, I decided this would be the style of yoga I teach.

Let’s work together to redefine yoga and enjoy being in our bodies by practicing in a way that feels good… and maybe along the way, you’ll find yourself little closer to you heart and get those big questions answered.
